The renovation was fully designed by María Chaves through her studio Emechaves, with a clear premise: the essential can also move us. Her proposal for Núñez de Balboa 84 does not seek to impose itself, but rather to accompany the life of those who inhabit it. The palette is soft: natural oak, matte textures, marbles with gentle veining, and simple lines that do not impose a style — built to last and to become one's own over time.
